Please join me at the Meri Lou Rec Center off of Platt and Washtenaw in Ann Arbor, Michigan on Mondays at 3:30pm from January 6, 2025 to February 24th, 2025. Cost $7, $6 for seniors.

This class focuses on dancing in an accessible way and can be taken from a variety of positions, seated, standing, or lying down or any combination of these. This class welcomes you to bring other art forms such as writing or painting to be in community with us.
